What Happens Next

The design with the most votes becomes the official 2026 Juneteenth T-shirt design.
The top three designs will be featured on YWCA Delaware’s website, newsletter, and social media.

Celebrate Juneteenth with a Parade, Music, Food & Festivities
Celebrate the historical significance of Juneteenth with YWCA Delaware at the Delaware Juneteenth Association’s (DEJA) Freedom Parade and Festival on Saturday, June 13, 2026.
The parade begins at 11 AM and the festival starts at 12 noon.
We invite community members to walk with YWCA Delaware in the Freedom Parade—parade date, time, and line-up details will be announced soon.
Following the parade, join us at the festival for food, music, and community celebration. Be sure to stop by the YWCA Delaware booth at Tubman Garrett Park for games, treats, and family fun.
