    Take control of your finances with YWCA Delaware’s personalized financial counseling services. Our one-on-one sessions offer customized guidance, strategies for reducing debt and improving your credit, and budgeting skills.

  • Foreclosure Prevention

    At YWCA Delaware, we understand that life’s challenges can make it difficult to keep up with mortgage payments. Our experienced HUD-certified counselors offer confidential support by assessing your financial circumstances, helping you understand the foreclosure process, connecting you with relief programs and resources, and assisting with lender communication and loan modifications.

  • Online Homebuyer Education and Money Management Courses

    Are you a first-time home buyer required to enroll in an online money management or homebuyer education course? YWCA Delaware can help. We offer essential resources and support to guide you through the home buying process. Our courses are designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed decisions, manage your finances, and understand your rights as a homeowner.

YWCA Delaware’s Economic Empowerment Program serves nearly 500 Delawareans annually with financial literacy, job training, salary negotiation resources, leadership development, and more.

    If you’ve ever doubted yourself during a job search, struggled with self-esteem at work, or felt like you’re not good enough for the career you want—you’re not alone. Confidence isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you build. And your self-worth? It doesn’t depend on your job title or your resume. It starts with how you see yourself.

    Learn practical tools to overcome self-doubt, quiet your inner critic, and grow in confidence—especially as you work toward your personal and career goals.
