Thank you for your interest in volunteering with YWCA Delaware. Please note the following opportunities for upcoming events.

Juneteenth Celebration – June 14th 

This year we will be joining the Delaware Juneteenth Association’s Freedom Parade and Festival. We will wear a t-shirt with an original art design from a community member during the march and host a booth at Tubman-Garrett Park during the festival that afternoon.

Please complete the registration form if you are interested in supporting these areas:

• Vendor booth support – set up booth, share program material, photography, face painting, kids games 

• Join us in the parade from Rodney Square to Tubman-Garrett Park.  

• Support our T-shirt fundraiser by sharing on social media. We are looking for artists of any age to submit an original piece of artwork for our T-shirt contest. The winning design will be determined by a vote. Share your favorite entry on social media with friends and family and inspire others to Donate to vote, vote, vote!

Community Health Fair – August 22nd

The community health fair brings together over 80 community vendors and encourages overall health.

• Volunteer support - event set up/clean up, photography, children’s games, food station

• Vendor Booth Application
