Our services cater to the needs of women and their families.
YWCA Delaware offers career development workshops plus group and one-one career counseling sessoins.
Our organization embraces a wrap-around Care-Team approach to ensure participants receive additional resources as needed while in our programs or during periodic check-ins after graduation, used to support further those we serve.

This session reconnects jobseeker professionals to the deeper meaning behind their work. Grounded in research linking purpose to engagement and well-being, participants move through a practical self-discovery framework to uncover where their passion, gifts, and community need converge.
Leave this workshop with a personal purpose statement and one honest next step toward living it.
