This workshop is designed to help you stay strong and focused—without running yourself into the ground.

Through practical, easy-to-use strategies, you’ll learn how to manage stress, protect your energy, and create space for what matters most.

What You’ll Experience

By the end of this session, you’ll:

  • Learn simple techniques to reduce stress—even in just a few minutes a day
