About the Book
In Calling In: How to Start Making Change With Those You’d Rather Cancel, renowned activist and educator Loretta J. Ross challenges today’s “call-out” culture and offers a compassionate alternative: calling in. Through real-life stories, reflection, and practical guidance, Ross explores how we can hold one another accountable while still leading with empathy, understanding, and a shared commitment to justice. This book invites readers to transform conflict into connection — and to approach change through dialogue rather than division.
