About Sherray Hoggard

Sherray Hoggard is a seasoned executive and community-focused leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning corporate, nonprofit, and community-based organizations. Her expertise includes program and operational leadership, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, organizational development, and strengthening programs and processes to improve service delivery.

As Chief Survivor Services Officer for YWCA Delaware’s Sexual Assault Response Center (SARC), Sherray provides strategic and operational leadership for services supporting individuals and families impacted by sexual violence, domestic violence, stalking, trafficking, and other forms of interpersonal violence. Her work includes strengthening survivor-centered programs and service delivery, supporting grant-funded initiatives, developing policies and operational practices, cultivating community partnerships, and leading multidisciplinary teams that provide crisis response, case management, counseling, advocacy, and other critical services throughout Delaware.

Prior to joining YWCA Delaware, Sherray spent 14 years with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., most recently as a Senior Vice President. During her tenure, she led enterprise-wide initiatives across project management, business relationship management, and U.S. tax regulatory change. She was also a founding member and co-lead of her department’s DEI committee and contributed to the senior leadership DEI council.

Sherray’s commitment to YWCA Delaware’s mission extends beyond her current role, having previously served on the organization’s Board of Directors. Her dedication to community service is also reflected in the work she and her husband have done to support underserved communities throughout the United States and Aboriginal children in Western Australia.

A South Jersey native who now resides in Delaware, Sherray enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, being a proud dance mom, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles as a season ticket holder. She attended the University of Delaware, where she studied Psychology with a minor in Spanish.
