YWCA Delaware’s 2021 WE360° Business Essentials program teaches individuals how to develop a solid innovative business plan that attracts investors and manage a business to achieve long-term success. 

Program Overview
This program is designed to help ALL, including women and people of color, overcome barriers to starting, growing, and sustaining businesses. WE360° offers multiple self-paced premium business courses on the Ureeka platform that can be accessed at any time. The courses are divided into three main focus areas – strategy, customer acquistion, and finance fundamentals. It also covers the business basics of planning, creating value, and reaching business goals. Throughout the entire program and beyond, participants have access to coaches and mentors for 1:1 help.
