  • In this session we will learn how to build a more inclusive culture here at YW. We will begin by understanding key concepts and the individual role we have in making everyone feel like they belong and their voice is important.
  • In this session we will learn what is meant by the term Implicit Bias, what some of our own may be. We will also discuss the responsibility we have in becoming aware of our own biases and intentionally changing our own behaviors to make a more Inclusive culture to work in.
  • In this session we will understand what a micro-aggression is and how they are used both consciously and unconsciously. We will also talk about ways to communicate to one another when we personally experience a micro-aggression with kindness to make a more aware work culture for all of us.
