Nearly 100 people joined YWCA to build a community-driven response network to combat hate and discrimination in Delaware.
Nearly 100 people came out for YWCA's Action Response Network organizing meeting on February 21, 2017. They shared their ideas and held productive discussions on how to move forward and build a community-driven response network to combat hate and discrimination in Delaware. Those who attended were interested in finding ways to build bridges between the work already being done, expanding our communities to be more inclusive and rapidly responding to any acts of hate with love and support.
If you have an interest in getting involved, come to the next meeting on Wednesday, March 8th from 7-9 PM at Siegel Jewish Community Center or sign-up for the network's mailing list to get the latest information. It is not too late to join us!
