You’re invited to YWCA’s 19th Annual Celebration Breakfast on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, from 8 AM – 9 AM (doors open at 7:15 AM for networking) at Riverfront Events, 760 Justison Street, Wilmington, DE.

Join us for a memorable morning as we acknowledge the widespread impact of YWCA programs that work to eliminate racism and empower women. This year’s theme is Inspiring Hope, Encouraging Change in honor of all our advocates who activate our mission and encourage positive change throughout our state and all our clients who have triumphed over extraordinary obstacles with the support of YW’s programs, services and advocacy.

Diane Rogerson
U.S. Banks Deputy Chief Technology Officer, Morgan Stanley

Diane Rogerson recently joined Morgan Stanley as the Deputy CTO for U.S. Banks. In this role, Diane will be responsible for Bank Technology Risk and Governance teams, and for the Money Movement technology platform.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Diane spent nearly 27 years at JPMorgan Chase, where she held many key technology roles and was most recently the Technology Director for the Chase Data Technology applications, leading the end-to-end modernization of their Data Delivery technology capabilities. Diane is passionate about developing a diverse and inclusive culture and has both led and actively participated in multiple employee diversity groups throughout her time at Chase, including the Global Technology Women in Tech leadership program. She is active in the community and is the Treasurer for the Board of Jobs for Delaware Grads.

Dr. Phyllis Chambers Mobley
Optometrist, Dr. Phyllis Chambers, Family Eye Care

Dr. Phyllis Chambers Mobley is an optometrist practicing in Wilmington, Delaware. Although a proud native of Annapolis, Maryland, Dr. Chambers has lived most of her adult life in Wilmington, Delaware. She has enjoyed practicing family optometry for over 30 years and became the first African-American female optometrist in Delaware.

Dr. Chambers serves on the staff of Nemours Senior Care, a geriatric health care center in Wilmington. She also serves as the president of Pearls of Hope Foundation, Inc., which collaborates with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Zeta Omega Chapter. The foundation works to provide community service to diverse communities by offering scholarships and cultural, health, and educational activities that address and support issues that impact the family. Dr. Chambers is also a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Wilmington where she teaches Sunday School and has been involved in several programs mentoring young women since coming to Wilmington.
