Looking to increase your tech skills? With the support of Google.org and YWCA USA, YWCA Delaware offers free tech training through the Google Career Certifications program. This program is ACE® approved. Participants can earn up to 12 college credits, the equivalent of 4 associate degree-level courses upon program completion. This program combines flexible online training with monthly in-person soft skills training. Candidates accepted into this program may choose to enroll in one or all the following online certification courses:

• Information Technology
• Data Analytics
• Project Management
• UX Design
• Automation with Python
• Digital Marketing and E-Commerce

Time Commitment: Depending on the certification, the online training can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months to complete with under 10 hours of flexible study per week.

Benefits: Google Career Certification graduates gain exclusive access to the Google Coursera job platform, where a group of more than 150 employers are hiring for opening roles. Graduates will be able to apply their skills with hands-on projects, earn a career credential to enhance their resumes, and gain in-demand skills.
